About the store

These terms govern use of the MDS Supply Counter online store and standard online purchases from Motor Diagnostic Systems, referred to as MDS, we or us. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform. MDS handles the products it sells and the associated customer service.

Read these terms with our Return and refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy. Rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude remain in effect.

Ordering and product selection

Provide accurate order and contact details. If you purchase for an organization, you must have authority to make that purchase.

Products with online purchasing enabled can be ordered through checkout. Other products require a quotation or confirmation with MDS. A request for information or a quotation does not itself place an order.

Review the model, manufacturer part number, included components and application requirements before ordering. Contact Regan if assistance is needed. Product information does not replace the manufacturer's operating or safety instructions.

The items, prices, currency, shipping charges, applicable taxes and available payment methods are displayed before checkout is completed. If we discover a listing error or cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not substitute merchandise or increase an agreed charge without your consent. Any amount due back to you will be refunded.

A separately accepted quotation or written agreement may contain different terms for that transaction. Those agreed transaction-specific terms apply where they differ from the standard online terms. Contact Regan about purchase orders or other arrangements before ordering.

Fulfillment, returns and support

Shipping, cancellation, returns and refunds follow the policies linked above. Product-specific warranty terms apply where provided. Contact Regan at regan.musilek@mdsusa.net for help coordinating an order or support request.

Website use and privacy

Use the store lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or introduce malicious code. Keep any account credentials secure.

Store content belongs to MDS or the relevant rights holders. Manufacturer documents and linked websites may have their own usage terms and privacy practices.

Our Privacy policy describes handling of personal information. Order and service communications are separate from marketing preferences.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not automatically reduce rights under a previously accepted order. The effective date shown when a policy is published identifies that version.
